1. About the service
Scanvey is a technical indicator visualisation tool (moving averages, RSI, MACD, Ichimoku, etc.) applied to forex and cryptocurrency pairs across multiple timeframes simultaneously. The service is published by LSN Consulting, a French EURL with share capital of EUR 250, SIREN 914 857 933, registered at 13 Rue Fleming, 78120 Rambouillet, France. Scanvey is not a regulated investment advisory service, is not authorised by the AMF (French financial markets authority), and does not provide trading signals, buy or sell recommendations, or financial analysis in the regulatory sense. The data displayed consists of technical indicators calculated automatically from third-party market data.
2. Financial risk warning
TRADING FINANCIAL PRODUCTS (FOREX, CRYPTOCURRENCIES) CARRIES A HIGH RISK OF CAPITAL LOSS. LOSSES MAY EXCEED THE AMOUNT INVESTED. Scanvey is an informational tool for personal use. The indicators displayed do not constitute financial advice, trading signals, investment opportunities, or any form of inducement to trade financial instruments. The user is solely responsible for interpreting the data and for any trading decisions made. LSN Consulting shall not be liable, in any way, for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of data displayed by Scanvey, including losses arising from errors, delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the data.
3. Data accuracy and availability
Data displayed on Scanvey is sourced from third-party providers (Alpha Vantage, KuCoin). LSN Consulting does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, real-time currency, or continuous availability of the data. Indicators may be erroneous, delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to technical failures within Scanvey or its data providers. The user acknowledges that: — Data displayed may not reflect real-time market prices. — Bugs or technical malfunctions may produce incorrect indicator values. — Using potentially incorrect data to make trading decisions is entirely at the user's own risk. Under no circumstances shall LSN Consulting be held liable for any financial loss caused, in whole or in part, by incorrect or missing data displayed by the application.
4. Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. Any fraudulent or unauthorised access is prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.
5. Permitted use
The user may use Scanvey for personal, non-commercial purposes. The user agrees not to: — Attempt to circumvent security measures or the Free/Pro gating system. — Reproduce, copy or resell all or part of the service. — Extract data in an automated manner (scraping, bots). — Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
6. Plans and pricing
Scanvey offers two access tiers: • Free Plan: limited access (3 pairs, D1 and W1 timeframes, MA indicators only), with no commitment or payment required. • Pro Plan: €29 incl. VAT per month (20% VAT included). Full access to all forex and crypto pairs, all timeframes (M15, H1, H4, D1, W1) and all available indicators. The subscription is month-to-month with no minimum commitment and may be cancelled at any time. Prices may change; any price change will be notified by email with 30 days' notice.
7. Payment and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (a third-party payment provider). LSN Consulting does not store any banking data. The Pro subscription is charged monthly on the anniversary date of the subscription. In the event of a payment failure, Pro access may be suspended. An invoice is automatically issued by Stripe at each renewal.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By subscribing to the Pro Plan and accessing the service immediately, the user expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not use the service until the 14-day period has expired. Outside of this case, no refund will be issued for a period already commenced.
9. Cancellation
The user may cancel their Pro subscription at any time from Settings > Manage subscription, or via the Stripe customer portal accessible within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access remains active until that date. The user may delete their account at any time from the Account page. Data is erased within 30 days. LSN Consulting reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without refund.
10. Intellectual property
All code, interfaces, calculation algorithms and content of Scanvey are the exclusive property of LSN Consulting and are protected by intellectual property rights. No licence is granted to the user beyond the right to use the service as described in these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LSN Consulting's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. LSN Consulting shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or financial losses related to the use of or inability to use the service.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of amicable resolution, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Versailles Trade Register shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
