2. Data collected
We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate the service: — Email address: at registration and for login. — User configuration: selected forex/crypto pairs, timeframes, analysis conditions. — Payment data: processed directly by Stripe Inc. — LSN Consulting does not store any banking or payment card data. We do not collect location data, biometric data, or any special category data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.
3. Cookies and trackers
Scanvey does not use tracking, advertising, or behavioural analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies (authentication session) may be set. No consent is required for these cookies in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive.
4. Legal basis for processing
Email address processing is based on the performance of a contract (account creation and management, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). User configuration processing is based on the performance of a contract (provision of the personalised service). Billing data processing is based on a legal obligation (accounting records, Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention period
Account data is retained for the duration of account activity. Upon account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days (an anonymised deletion record is retained for audit purposes). Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with French legal accounting obligations.
6. GDPR rights

7. Hosting and international transfers
Data is hosted by: — Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) for the frontend. Transfer outside the EU is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. — Supabase Inc. (infrastructure hosted in the European Union) for the database. — Stripe Inc. (185 Berry Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) for payment processing. Transfer outside the EU is governed by SCCs. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place with each of these sub-processors.
